Classes and workshops

We teach bast fiber cultivation and processing, and the hand spinning of wool and other fibers on hand spindles and spinning wheels. We also teach introductory weaving on floor looms, weft-twining, and warp-weighted loom weaving.

Classes are taught at off-the farm venues and at the farm by prior arrangements for individuals and small groups. Please contact us if you would like to find out about upcoming off-site workshops, discuss scheduling a class, or plan a virtual presentation to your local guild, spinning/weaving group, Fibershed affiliate, class, or other organization.

Please contact us ahead of time if you wish to visit the farm to confirm we have time to meet you and that road conditions up the mountain will permit travel.
